Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide, as well as to New Zealand, the United States and the following European Union countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes and duties are included in the shipping rate.

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, such as holidays and sales events.

International Standard shipping is calculated based on the total packed weight of your order and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

International Returns + Exchanges

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.
Missing or Delayed Orders
