Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, such as holidays and sales events.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia (AUS) Shipping

  • Standard: $10 flat rate

  • Express: $15 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $120 AUD

New Zealand (NZ) Shipping

  • Standard: $15 flat rate

  • Express: $20 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, extreme weather, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

  • Digital downloads or custom items​

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information or contact us at homesteadotr.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable Australian carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or Courier Please, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
